Diploma Policy (Proof of Graduation, Principle for being granted a degree)
Contemporary English Department
We grant degrees to students who fulfill the requirements below and who complete the required number of course credits.
- Students should gain and integrate application skills for English communication (reading, writing, listening, speaking) and will be able to use them accordingly.
- Students should take a global viewpoint and gain abundant knowledge about various regions and countries’ languages, cultures and societies.
- Students should acquire skills and professional knowledge in the fields of “English business,” “airlines and tourism hospitality,” “interpretation and translation,” “English professions.”
- In addition to the above, students should integrate and make use of knowledge and skills through project, internship, graduate research, study abroad courses. Through this, skills necessary in modern society such as comprehension skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, initiative, leadership skills, cooperation, communication. International Communications Department
We grant degrees to students who fulfill the requirements below and who complete the required number of course credits.
- Master and integrate the fundamental skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) of German, French, Chinese, Korean, Japanese (International Students) and be able to make full use of it in real society, accordingly.
- Students will study European, Asian, and Japanese History, Culture, and Society and deepen their understanding of the various possibilities and significance of cultural diversity.
- In addition to the above, students should integrate and make use of knowledge and skills through project, internship, graduate research, study abroad courses. Through this, skills necessary in modern society such as comprehension skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, initiative, leadership skills, cooperation, communication. - Ability to understand and gain knowledge
